Jason D. Winn, PA represents Doctors, Nurses, Licensed Pedorthists, Law Enforcement Officers, Teachers, and various other licensed professionals in Florida. Our office represents licensed professionals before their respective licensing boards for a variety of disciplinary investigations and complaints.
A professional license in Florida is treated as a PROPERTY RIGHT, and the government may not take that PROPERTY RIGHT away from the licensee without DUE PROCESS OF LAW.

The due process clause of the Fifth Amendment provides that no person shall "be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law." The Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides in pertinent part that no State shall "deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process of law." Article I, section 9 of the Florida Constitution similarly provides that "[n]o person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law."

Jason ensures his clients constitutional rights are protected from the beginning through the conclusion of the case. If you are facing a disciplinary matter, whether it is a formal complaint, an investigation, or you have received a letter from your licensing board, you have rights, and we can help protect your rights.

Jason has represented clients who have received investigatory letters, full administrative complaints, and other licensure matters before their respective licensing board.  Appearing before the licensing board, Jason has the knowledge of the administrative process and ensures his clients due process rights are protected.
